Mern Stack Developer

Position: Full-time
Location: Remote
Time zone preference: CET - Central European Time
Job Responsibilities
Translate PSD design and wireframes into functional web applications.
Create and bind UI elements and RESTful services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a better user experience.
Ensure code quality by performing integration and unit tests.
Write cross-platform compatible code.
Develop software to meet reliability, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
Participate in discussions about new features and approaches to implement new services.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of development experience with MERN stack
Proficiency in MongoDB, Node.js, Express.js, and React.js
Ability to perform unit and integration tests
Solid understanding of REST APIs
Familiarity with Git repository and Jira
Knowledge of data storage solutions like NoSQL and RDBMS
Fluency in English to collaborate with engineering managers
Ability to communicate effectively in cross-functional teams
Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with asynchronous RESTful services (JSON)
Working knowledge of AngularJS and JavaScript
