Junior Prompt Engineer

Job Responsibilities
As a Junior Prompt Engineer, you will assist in developing and refining the core functionalities of PermaBull's AI products by supporting prompt capabilities, contributing to innovation and operational efficiency with the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in developing and optimizing prompts by supporting design, testing, and refinement of prompts for foundational model based agnatic workflows to ensure accurate and consistent responses.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams by assisting product managers, developers and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
Coordinate with the customer support and global standards teams to ensure the bots are aligned with company guidelines and user needs.
Monitor the performance of AI Agents, analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Assist with feedback loops to refine and enhance AI Agents responses to support user satisfaction and engagement.
Experiment with new prompt engineering patterns and techniques to improve the AI Agents understanding and response generation capabilities.
Maintain documentation for prompt engineering processes, including prompt structures, decision trees and optimization strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in prompt scripting, machine learning, system automation, or a similar role.
Familiarity in prompt, batch scripting, and related automation tools.
Understanding of system integration and maintenance processes.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Client and stakeholder management skills.
Interest in fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
